the Cuban Ministry of Tourism announced on September 6, 2021 that the entry requirements will be simplified from November 15, 2021. The government expects that by early November 2021, 90% of the Cuban population will be fully vaccinated against Covid 19.

From November 15, 2021, it is sufficient to present a Covid 19 vaccination certificate upon entry. No PCR test, no quarantine.
